Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps on Android in Kuwait Q3 2025

The third quarter of 2025 saw notable trends in the maps and navigation app category on the Android platform in Kuwait. Here’s a closer look at the top five applications based on data from Sensor Tower.

Kuwait Finder showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 3.8K at the beginning of July and peaking at 6.4K by the end of September. Its active user base also grew steadily from 10.4K to approximately 12.4K, indicating a strong user engagement.

Careem: Rides, Food & more experienced a gradual rise in downloads, moving from 1.3K to just over 2K by the end of the quarter. Active users saw a similar upward trend, increasing from 8.7K to about 10.1K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a fairly stable download rate, with numbers fluctuating around 1.5K to 1.7K throughout the quarter. Its active users consistently hovered around the 29K mark, with a slight increase to 30.1K towards the end of September.

Uber - Request a ride had a steady presence with downloads ranging from 0.9K to 1.1K. The app's active user count showed a gradual increase, closing the quarter at around 10.4K.

Offline Maps, GPS, Speedometer saw its downloads peak mid-quarter at 978, before stabilizing around the 500 mark towards the end of September. Active users displayed a slight upward trend, reaching 1.5K in mid-September.
